Man United set Ronaldo asking price

Manchester United want to recoup the £12.9million they paid for Cristiano Ronaldo last year should he be sold.

Ronaldo wants to leave the club just over 10 months after his arrival as he wants to continue playing in the Champions League.

United insist Ronaldo is not for sale but The Times claim he would accept suitable offers. It remains to be seen if anyone is willing to take over his salary, which is around £500,000 a week.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the former Bournemouth man is unlikely to leave Villarreal anytime soon.

Carvalho unveiled by Liverpool

Fabio Carvalho, unsurprisingly, didn’t need much convincing to join Liverpool.
