DF Capital moves head office to Manchester city center after 12 months of growth
Business loan and personal savings bank DF Capital has completed its move to a larger office in Manchester city center to accommodate its rapid growth over the past 12 months.
Confirmed in an exclusive interview with BusinessLive in March, the bank moved its team of 80 people from 196 Deansgate to the St James’ Building in Oxford Street.
The newly renovated office – on the ninth floor – measures approximately 9,500 square feet, twice the size of the Deansgate location.
General Manager Carl D’Ammassa said: “We are all very happy to move into the St James building.
“It’s an iconic place with a lot of character and our new office offers a modern environment in which to work, collaborate and continue our entrepreneurial spirit.
“We anticipate that the larger workspace, great community and superb facilities will attract talent from across the region as we mark the start of the next phase of our strategic growth plan and demonstrate our commitment to grow our headquarters. and our team here in Manchester. “
